How much time do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an order.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
This depends on various factors, such as reason for returns, type of reimbursement and type of product.

How can I return a product?
-fill in the returns form by clicking on the below button. 
-wait for the return acceptance email.
-prepare the package using the original packaging, taking care to remove all labels relating to the previous shipment.
-stick the label you received on the parcel. 
-deliver the package to the pick up point.

How and when will I receive my refund?
After verifying the condition of the item, a refund will be issued using the method you chose in the return request.
